The Buddhist tell of the
‘1000 things of the world’ in which we become lost. Wise Sages tell us that ultimately, there are only two emotions: we are either sad or happy. In the practice of working with people, we see that sadness involves the experience of fear, which in turns creates the emotions like anger, anxiety, dissasociation and depression. Happiness follows the path of love.
To avoid our becoming lost in the many things of our world, and thereby to miss the meaning of our life-experience, it is important that our minds understand the great mystery that is life.
Questions such as What we are here to learn, to finish, to understand and to fullfill become important pillars on our journey. What is our deepest Longing? And what is the deepest pain within our soul? Are we living in love or fear at any one moment- are questions we will seek to adress.
Not looking for remedy or solution, we will go on a journey to deeply inquire and understand what is happening from the essence of our being. This way we gain access to the power lies within us to a healthy, satisfying life that is nourishing both for ourselves and within our relations to others.
Exploring the reality of our lives
There where we no longer aim to ‘fix’, ‘manage’, ‘change’ or ‘heal’ the reality we experience, we step into the possibility of re-alignment. By way of allowing and inquiring into our experiences of resistance, opposition, conflict and inner-judgment, we begin to ease back into the natural flow which brings love and abundance. Anything we no longer feed, will release by itself. This way, we learn to move toward situations that feed and support our well-being.
The Work
What are you here to learn- to finish? What have you come to complete?
What are you here to do? What have you come for?
What is the purpose of your soul? And what is the pain it carries?
What is your deepest longing? And what in you seeks to be fulfilled?

These are the questions we will engage with and look to answer.
